TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

In order to serve you more efficiently and successfully, Trusted (Cambodia) Tours would like to set up the terms and conditions as below:

1-Accommodation
Once an accommodation booking or request is not available, every effort will be made for an alternative in another accommodation of similar standard-a similar one will be replaced.
 
2-Special Request
If any requests regarding special meals, dietary requirements, adjoining room, connecting room, non-smoking room …etc, you are suggested to inform the company once booking is being made. Such requests are subject to confirmation and availabilities.
 
3-Booking and Deposit
A deposit of 30% is required to pay upon confirmation of reservations and the balance at the day of arrival.
 
4-Refund
Tour members should be aware that the company is acting as an agent for the service suppliers. After a deposit or full payment is made, all arrangements are still subject to confirmation. When the amendment cannot be confirmed, the company will endeavor to notify passenger at least 2 weeks before departure. The company shall not be liable for any further responsibilities.
 
5-Extension of stay
Extension of stay/deviation may be permitted at the end of tour, subject to maximum validity and restrictions of air ticket, seat confirmation and availability of hotel prior to commencement of tour. It is the passenger’s responsibility to hold firm confirmation for their return flight.
 
When extension of stay/deviation can not be confirmed three weeks prior to the group’s departure date, passenger is deemed to be taking the original tour schedule.
 
In the event that the original arrangement has been changed by the company during the process, any extra cost will be borne by the passenger.
 
Extension of stay/deviation will be at passengers’ own expense, and the transfer to airport will be provided or not is depending on availability and oral agreement.  
 
 
The air ticket issued is a special ticket, restricted to a specific airline only. It is non-negotiable, non-endorsable, non-refundable & non-reroutable. Any alternation in routing or dates by passenger is solely at his/her own risk. The company and its associated agents shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused and extra expense incurred. No refund will be made for any unused air ticket, accommodation, meals, or sightseeing in part or full.      
 
6-Cancellation
As a general rule, unless otherwise stated, our policy is that all cancellation must be informed in writing either by email or fax.
Save for the case where a Client/Agent loses its deposit as mentioned above, charges for cancellation of bookings are not levied by Trusted (Cambodia) Tours but if hotels, carriers and other contractors apply charges for cancellation, the clients/ Agents shall be liable to pay those charges to Trusted (Cambodia) Tours or to the concerned parties directly as the case may be.
 
7-Travel Documents
Passengers must hold a Passport/Travel Document to be valid for at least six months from date of travel and visas where necessary. Check with your nearby travel agent for other counties’ visa requirement.
For Cambodian visa can be applied upon arrival.

8-Travel Insurance
We recommend that you to take out travel insurance for your traveling. Your travel insurance must provide cover against personal accident, medical expense, emergency repatriation and personal liability. We also recommend it covers cancellation, curtailment and loss of luggage and personal effects.
 
9-Tour Cost
Tour costs and what inclusion/exclusion is listed on the itinerary for each tour. Unless indicated otherwise on the tour itinerary, the tour fee includes: accommodations in double/twin occupancy and meals as stated, all transportation during the tour, entrance fees, and services of a local tour guide. Tour costs are based in USD and per person. No refunds will be given for unutilized services.
 
10-Payment
Except as otherwise agreed by Trusted (Cambodia) Tours, Client’s payment shall be executed by cash or credit card or travelers cheques. Except for cash payment, service charge may apply. The Client/Agent is responsible for any bank charges relating to bank transfers. In cases credit facilities have been agreed with the Client/Agent, payment shall be executed by swift or telegraphic transfer to the following bank account:
 
11-Responsibilities
11.1. The company and/or its associated agents act only as agents for the transportation companies, airlines, hotel contractors and other principals, tickets, vouchers and documents are issued subject to those terms and contract under which these services are provided.
 
11.2. The company accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury or damage to passenger and his/her belongings resulting directly or indirectly from occurrences beyond its control, including breakdown in equipment, strikes, war, theft, cancellation, changes in itinerary or schedule etc. (The traveler is encouraged to hold his own Travel Insurance)
 
11.3. Passenger is solely responsible for the safekeeping of his/her own travel documents and valuables.
 
11.4. The company shall not be responsible for any deportation or refusal for entry by the respective Immigration Authority to any tour member because of improper travel documents, possession of unlawful items or whose behaviour and activities are considered subversive by the government or for any other reasons whatsoever. Cost of deportation will be borne by the passenger.
 
11.5. The company reserves the right to alter itinerary, sequence of travel arrangement and hotel accommodation due to weather, rescheduling of airline schedules, room availability, road and other local conditions.
 
11.6. After commencement of travel, no refund, in part or in full, will be given for services included in the program, which have not been utilized.
 
11.7. Any alteration on the confirmed itinerary such as rerouting or change of date of travel by passenger is solely at his/her own risk. The company shall not be responsible for any inconvenience caused and extra expenses incurred.
 
11.8. The company reserves the right to require any person to withdraw from the tour if it is deemed that this person’s act or conduct is offensive and incompatible with the comfort of the other tour members of the group and the company shall not be held liable thereafter to such person.
 
11.9. The company reserves the right to take photographs & films for passengers while on tour with the company to be used for brochures advertising or publicity material without obtaining any further consent from passenger.
